Guests enjoy full use of SRVR’s amenities including a private, buoyed, sandy, beach, clubhouse with new bathroom/laundry facilities, WiFi, playground, basketball hoop, volleyball court, shuffleboard, and fishing dock.

Whether a romantic getaway, or a fun-filled vacation, “LittleHouse” is the perfect, affordable, Saugatuck getaway for parties of one to four. From the moment you arrive you’ll feel at home in this spacious, charming, spotless park model RV.
Vaulted ceilings crown the main living areas – living room/dining area/.kitchen—creating a very open, bright space. An additional living and dining area in the 30’ long enclosed porch is framed by a wall of windows that bring the outdoors in. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with “memory foam” mattress topper, closet and lots of storage. The living room includes a queen size sofa bed. There’s a double loft with air mattresses to use as extra sleeping space or an area to store extra belongings. Amenities include a complete, well-equipped kitchen, full bath with tub/shower, central air and heating, TVs, gas grill, iPod speakers, and DVD player. The resort’s clubhouse, with bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities, lending library and WiFi, is just a few steps from the front door. Have friends or family with a motor coach or trailer?
